Urouge

The Urouge character card (OP07-021) was released as part of the Online Regional Participation Pack for the 2025-2026 season of the One Piece Card Game. These packs serve as rewards for players who participate in high-level digital competitive events, functioning as a tangible memento of the game's growing digital-first tournament ecosystem. The design reflects the specific aesthetic of the '500 Years in the Future' expansion set, utilizing artwork that captures the character's unique physical traits and aggressive stance common to his appearances in the series.

Urouge, known as the 'Mad Monk,' is a member of the Worst Generation and captain of the Fallen Monk Pirates. In the context of the game, this card is designed to integrate into specific deck archetypes that utilize his signature defensive and counter-attacking mechanics. The artwork and mechanical profile were crafted by the development team at Bandai to maintain consistency with the established card game meta, ensuring the card serves as both a functional tool for competitive play and a collectible representation of the character's role in the Wano and Egghead-adjacent arcs.
