Wyper

The Wyper card from the Wings of the Captain set, designated OP06-114, was released as part of the sixth expansion for the One Piece Card Game. This set centers on the Thriller Bark and Skypiea arcs, capturing the intensity of the Straw Hat crew's encounters with characters like Gecko Moria and the Shandia warriors. As a pre-release promotional item, this card serves as a specialized variant intended to reward early participants in organized play events, allowing players to integrate key narrative figures into their competitive decks.

The design of the character card reflects the aesthetic standards of the One Piece Card Game, prioritizing dynamic illustrations that highlight the combat abilities and personalities of characters like Wyper. The card's artwork emphasizes his role as a relentless warrior of the Shandian resistance, utilizing a bold visual style consistent with the wider game's commitment to Eiichiro Oda's original manga aesthetic. These cards are highly sought after by collectors not only for their gameplay utility but for the unique timestamping or foil treatments often associated with pre-release editions, which distinguish them from standard booster pack pulls.
