Wyper

The Wyper character card from the Legacy of the Master Release Event was produced as part of the promotional support for the One Piece Card Game. These cards were distributed during organized play events to encourage community participation and to celebrate the ongoing expansion of the game's competitive landscape. The card features Wyper, the formidable warrior of the Shandians, rendered in the distinct art style characteristic of the game's card designs, which prioritize dynamic action poses and fidelity to the original Eiichiro Oda source material.

The design of this release aimed to bridge the gap between casual tournament engagement and the high-stakes meta-game by providing players with specific, localized promotional variants. As an event-exclusive item, it functions both as a functional game piece and a collectible record of the game's release cycles. It was received by the player base as a staple for collectors focused on completing the OP12 set, reflecting the game's broader aesthetic strategy of highlighting secondary characters alongside the series' protagonists.
