Provenance

Where it came from

Wyper, the leader of the Shandorian warriors, was released as part of the 'ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST' [PRB-01] expansion, which functions as a high-profile reprint set for the One Piece Card Game. Originally debuting in the OP06 'Wings of the Captain' set, this character card captures the intensity of the Skypiea arc, depicting Wyper in his fierce struggle to reclaim his ancestral home from God Eneru. The design emphasizes his role as a relentless combatant, utilizing the game's mechanics to represent his destructive 'Reject' dial attack.

The artwork follows the stylized, high-contrast aesthetic consistent with the broader set, which focuses on popular characters and sought-after gameplay staples. Designed to appeal to both competitive players and fans of the source manga, the card features the distinct visual language of Eiichiro Oda's character designs translated into the TCG format. Within the meta, the card is recognized for its utility in 'Enel' or 'Shandian' themed decks, balancing thematic accuracy with tactical aggression.
