Zoro-Juurou

The Zoro-Juurou card from the ST-18 'Purple Monkey.D.Luffy' starter deck is a character card featured within the One Piece Card Game, specifically released to coincide with the Wano Country arc narrative. Designed by the development team at Bandai, the card captures Roronoa Zoro in his Juurou persona, a ronin disguise he adopted to navigate the isolationist territory of Wano. The aesthetic utilizes the distinct art style of the trading card game, which frequently features high-energy illustrations pulled directly from Eiichiro Oda's manga panels or specialized promotional art.

As part of the set's strategic focus on the 'Purple' color archetype, this card was engineered to function within mid-to-late game resource management structures. Upon its release, it was received as a versatile utility card by the competitive community, valued for its cost-to-power efficiency and its ability to synergize with other Wano-themed cards. Its inclusion in the set reflects the ongoing design philosophy of the game, which aims to balance iconic character representation with the specific mechanical requirements of the deck's color-coded strategy.
