What it does
Once during your turn, when you put Giratina from your hand onto your Bench, you may use this power. Each player shuffles his or her hand into his or her deck and draws up to 4 cards. (You draw your cards first.)
Flip 2 coins. This attack does 10 damage times the number of heads to each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Where it came from
Released in the 2009 Platinum expansion, this card depicts the legendary Ghost-type Pokémon Giratina in its Altered Forme. The set served as a bridge between the Diamond & Pearl and HeartGold & SoulSilver eras, focusing heavily on the Sinnoh region's mythos and the distorted world. At the time of its release, Giratina was a central figure in the Pokémon franchise, having recently been the star of the feature film Giratina and the Sky Warrior.
The artwork for this card was provided by veteran Pokémon TCG illustrator Masakazu Fukuda. Known for his distinct, clean style, Fukuda aimed to capture the ethereal and imposing nature of the Legendary Pokémon within the frame of a standard Holo Rare.
