Τα Τραγούδια Της Henninger

Τα Τραγούδια Της Henninger was released in 1971 as a promotional collaboration between the Greek division of the German brewery Henninger-Bräu and the record label Philips. During this era, major international brands operating in Greece frequently commissioned private pressings or promotional records featuring popular local artists to solidify their presence in the market. The record serves as a sonic advertisement, blending the brewery's corporate identity with the light, accessible folk and pop music that defined the Greek radio landscape of the early 1970s.

The album features performances by Giorgos Petridis alongside Giannis and Despoina Skalidi, artists associated with the popular musical styles of the time. The design reflects the mid-century corporate aesthetic, utilizing the bold Henninger branding to appeal to consumers in tavernas and social gatherings where the beer was served. While it was not intended for wide commercial retail, it has since become a sought-after curiosity among collectors of Greek discography who focus on ephemeral promotional releases and the intersection of commercial advertising and local music history.
