Histoire de " Blanche-Neige Et Les 7 Nains "

Released by the Trianon label, this record presents a French-language adaptation of the classic Snow White narrative, deeply rooted in the mid-20th-century trend of bringing cinematic fairy tales to home audio. The production features a collaborative cast including Elyane Célis, Robert Buguet, and Adrien Lamy, set against the musical backdrop of L'Orchestre Marcel Cariven, a group known for their light orchestral arrangements of popular theater and cinema scores.

The design and execution of this recording were aimed at capturing the whimsical atmosphere of the story for young listeners in post-war France. During this period, Trianon sought to create accessible audio experiences that mirrored the popularity of contemporary animated films. While the specific intent of the creative team was to translate the emotional beats of the fairy tale through voice and orchestration, the record is now recognized primarily as a charming archival piece of French cultural heritage from the era of 78-rpm releases.
