Paix, Pakistan, Partage Pour Un Noël Éternel (Poème Et Chants Du Barde Izel-Breizh)

Released in 1972 on a private label, this record represents a niche expression of regional artistic identity. Daniel Marty, working under the persona of the bard Izel-Breizh, crafted this work to explore themes of peace and shared humanity during the Christmas season. The production reflects the era's interest in folk-inspired poetry and spoken-word performance, prioritizing personal, evocative storytelling over mainstream commercial appeal.

The album is a quintessential example of independent private pressings from the 1970s, where artists often circumvented traditional industry channels to reach a specific audience. The design and presentation were intentionally minimal, focusing on the sincerity of the message rather than mass-market design trends. While it remains obscure outside of specific collector circles, it serves as a historical document of the regional creative output and the philosophical preoccupations of its creator during that period.
