Where it came from
Released in 2010 on the Austrian label Comfortzone, this split EP showcases a collaboration between the electronic producers Moogle & Laminat and the artist Myako. The record emerged during a period when the label was actively exploring the intersection of micro-house, minimal techno, and experimental glitch textures within the European underground scene.
The design and sonic direction of the release reflect the minimalist aesthetic typical of the Comfortzone catalog. It was conceived as a platform for artists to experiment with rhythmic patterns and atmospheric synthesis, favoring a restrained, textural approach that prioritizes subtle sound design over conventional dancefloor structures.
