Igknight Squire

The Igknight Squire was released in the Clash of Rebellions booster set, which debuted in the TCG in August 2015. As a core member of the Igknight archetype, it was designed to function as a low-scale Pendulum monster, facilitating the swarm-heavy strategy characteristic of the Fire-attribute Warrior theme. The card's design features the signature mechanical-knight aesthetic, blending high-fantasy armor with industrial, furnace-like motifs that defined the visual identity of the Igknight series within the Yu-Gi-Oh! arc.

Conceptually, the Igknights were developed to explore the utility of Pendulum Summoning by focusing on card advantage through searching mechanics.
