Nekroz Cycle

Nekroz Cycle was originally introduced in the Secret Forces booster set in early 2015, serving as a pivotal ritual spell for the Nekroz archetype. This card was designed to support the ritual summoning mechanics that dominated the competitive landscape during the mid-2010s, allowing players to utilize monsters from their graveyard to satisfy the tribute requirements for their ritual monsters, which significantly increased the efficiency and resilience of the deck.

The 2015 Mega-Tin Mega Pack, which included this rare version, was released later that year to offer players a more accessible way to acquire key cards from the previous sets. The design of the card leans into the overarching narrative of the Nekroz, who use the armor of fallen monsters to gain power. The artwork and mechanical synergy were highly regarded by competitive players, as the card provided a crucial resource-recycling engine that defined the meta-game for many months.
