Nekroz of Sophia

Nekroz of Sophia was first introduced in the Duel Terminal world storyline, representing a powerful ritual transformation within the Nekroz archetype. The design draws from the lore of the Sophia, Goddess of Rebirth, reimagining the deity's essence as armor donned by the characters of the Nekroz clan to combat cosmic threats. Its appearance is defined by its ornate, celestial aesthetic, which reflects the high-fantasy narrative arc characteristic of the Duel Terminal expansion era.

The card was released as part of the Battles of Legend: Monster Mayhem set as a Secret Rare. This printing utilized the signature holographic foiling associated with the rarity, intended to highlight the intricate, ethereal artwork of the ritual monster. Within the competitive game, it is known for its high-level ritual summoning requirements and its board-clearing effect, cementing its status as a notable piece of late-stage Duel Terminal lore and a collectible highlight for fans of the archetype's narrative.
