Provenance

Where it came from

Twister was released in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game as a common card in the 2004 Magician's Force set. It serves as a tactical spell card designed to destroy face-up spell or trap cards at the cost of 500 life points. Its mechanics reflect the game's early focus on direct, reactive utility, allowing players to dismantle an opponent's back-row defense during the heat of a duel.

The Astral Pack Seven version, numbered AP07-EN011, was released as a promotional Super Rare variant. Astral Packs were distributed primarily to tournament-sanctioned locations to reward competitive players. Featuring the distinct, glossy foil treatment characteristic of the Super Rare rarity, this specific print reflects the collectible nature of tournament-exclusive cards within the Yu-Gi-Oh! organized play ecosystem.
