Where Arf Thou? was first introduced to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game in 2017 as part of the Structure Deck: Cyberse Link. This set was designed to introduce the Cyberse monster type and the Link Summoning mechanic, marking a significant evolution in the game's ruleset.
