Zoodiac Ramram

Zoodiac Ramram was introduced as part of the Zoodiac archetype in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game during the Raging Tempest booster set era, later seeing a wide release as a common card in the 2017 Mega-Tin Mega Pack. The archetype was designed around a unique mechanic where Zoodiac monsters could Xyz Summon using only a single Zoodiac monster as material, which allowed for highly efficient deck building and rapid board presence. This design philosophy fundamentally altered the competitive landscape of the game at the time, making the Zoodiac suite one of the most dominant strategies in the history of the format.

The art style of the Zoodiac series draws inspiration from the Chinese zodiac, with each monster representing a specific animal. Ramram, the goat representative, features a stylized, armored aesthetic typical of the set's blending of fantasy creatures and high-tech weaponry. While the card itself is a common rarity, its inclusion in the 2017 Mega-Tin was significant for players, as it provided easier access to a core piece of a meta-defining engine that had previously been restricted by higher rarity and scarcity in its initial release.
