BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!! / Ave Mujica (Zoku-hen)

BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!! / Ave Mujica serves as the direct narrative continuation of the 2023 series that centered on the formation and internal struggles of the band MyGO!!!!!. Produced by Sanzigen, the 2027 series expands the franchise's exploration of interpersonal conflict and the emotional burdens inherent in idol and rock band performance culture. It marks a significant milestone in the broader BanG Dream! multimedia universe by focusing heavily on the enigmatic band Ave Mujica and the fallout from the events depicted in the previous season.

The production maintains the franchise's signature use of 3D computer animation to replicate the expressive qualities of traditional hand-drawn character acting. The design philosophy aims to lean into the 'heavy' dramatic themes of the series, utilizing stylized lighting and staging to emphasize the psychological weight of the characters' decisions. By bridging the stories of two distinct musical groups, the creative team sought to deepen the franchise’s commitment to serialized, character-driven storytelling rather than relying on episodic performance cycles.
