Dimension W: W Gate Online - Rose's Counseling Room

Dimension W: W Gate Online - Rose's Counseling Room was produced in 2016 by Studio 3Hz as a series of special web-exclusive short episodes. These vignettes were designed to complement the primary anime adaptation of Yūji Iwahara’s manga series, providing a lighthearted, supplemental space for character development that did not fit into the main narrative’s high-stakes science fiction plot.

The shorts focus on the character Rose, an android with a distinct personality, offering a whimsical counseling service to other characters. The creative team utilized this format to lean into the 'moe' and comedic potential of the cast, serving as a promotional bridge for fans of the source material. While the main series was noted for its industrial, retro-futuristic aesthetic, these episodes were received as a tonal departure that humanized the supporting cast through simple, character-driven interactions.
