Kazuki Yotsuga is your regular average nerd in high-school, except he isn't smart. He has this website which relates to his visions that only he can see. His vision's are about robots who keep fighting each other battle after battle. One day he is sent to a, "parallel world" where these visions exist and he joins a company to fight back against the devious RaRa, who want to take over the world.

Where it came from
Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure was produced by AIC and aired in 1999 as a thirteen-episode television series. Directed by Katsuhito Akiyama, the series emerged during a period of experimentation within the mecha genre, deliberately blending high-stakes robot combat with a lighthearted, domestic comedic premise involving parallel dimensions.
The character designs were handled by Kazuhiro Soeta, who aimed to emphasize a distinct aesthetic contrast between the mundane high school life of the protagonist, Kazuki Yotsuga, and the more militaristic designs of the 'Zinv' robot. Upon release, the show was noted for its unconventional pacing and its focus on character interaction over traditional action, marking it as a quirky representative of the late nineties anime landscape.
