Where it came from
Farmagia is a 2025 anime television series produced by Studio Bridge, adapted from the action-simulation video game of the same name developed by Marvelous. The series centers on a protagonist who commands monsters in a vibrant, stylized fantasy setting, blending elements of creature-taming gameplay with a narrative focused on rebellion against a tyrannical regime.
The character designs for the project were originally created by Hiro Mashima, the acclaimed artist behind Fairy Tail and Rave Master. Mashima’s involvement brought his signature dynamic and expressive aesthetic to the monsters and human leads, aiming to bridge the gap between high-energy shonen action and tactical creature management. Upon its release, the adaptation was noted for its adherence to the visual flair established in the game's promotional materials.
