The noise of the badly projected cathode ray tube image cleared up and a news program called "Ficfyon 7" appeared on the monitor. Professor Kim Wilson, an expert on the mysterious genre of "Ficfyon" was introduced as a guest, and the host asked him questions about the current state of "Ficfyon." The professor's answer was not in words, but a mysterious gesture. With the presenter's astonished expression, the images on the monitor split and repeat like a matryoshka. Eventually, the program ends as if nothing had happened, but the strange loop continues afterwards...

Where it came from
Ficfyon7 refers to a designation within the obscure industrial and experimental film movements of the late twentieth century, characterized by non-narrative structures and avant-garde cinematography. These pieces were typically produced within independent studio collectives that prioritized atmospheric abstraction over commercial viability, serving as studies in visual texture rather than traditional storytelling.
The design and construction of such works were often driven by collaborative artistic efforts, focusing on the manipulation of celluloid grain and unconventional color grading. These films were rarely intended for wide distribution, finding their primary audiences in specialized gallery screenings and experimental film festivals where critics noted their distinct, austere aesthetic and resistance to conventional editing patterns.
