All around the world, Pretty Cures have been fighting against the invasion of an enemy known as Saiark. Shirayuki Hime, the princess of Blue Sky Kingdom, is a Pretty Cure; but unable to defeat the enemy alone, she falls behind the others, and ends up in a bad situation.
On her quest to find a partner, she meets Aino Megumi (Cure Lovely), and the two join forces to battle the enemy together. They learn that by assembling all PreCards, you can get any one wish fulfilled, and they team up with the fairy Ribbon to protect world peace, transform, and dress up as they fight!
A new Pretty Cure story with a dress-up theme begins!

Where it came from
HappinessCharge Precure! was produced by Toei Animation as the eleventh installment in the long-running Pretty Cure franchise, debuting in February 2014 to coincide with the series' tenth anniversary. The narrative centers on a group of magical girls tasked by the deity Blue to collect PreCards and stop the Phantom Empire, a premise that integrated a collectible-card mechanic into the transformation-heavy formula typical of the genre.
The character designs were handled by Masayuki Sato, who aimed for a softer, more expressive aesthetic compared to previous iterations. While the series attempted to revitalize the franchise through its expansive themes of love and global themes, it received mixed critical reception at the time, particularly regarding its pacing and plot development, though it remains a significant touchstone for its experimental attempts to expand the lore of the Pretty Cure multiverse.
