Movie compilation of the Shibuya Incident Arc from the second season of Jujutsu Kaisen and the first two episodes of the third season's Culling Game Arc.
A veil abruptly descends over the busy Shibuya area amid the bustling Halloween crowds, trapping countless civilians inside. Satoru Gojo, the strongest jujutsu sorcerer, steps into the chaos. But lying in wait are curse users and spirits scheming to seal him away.
Yuji Itadori, accompanied by his classmates and other top-tier jujutsu sorcerers, enters the fray in an unprecedented clash of curses — the Shibuya Incident.
In the aftermath, ten colonies across Japan are transformed into dens of curses in a plan orchestrated by Noritoshi Kamo, the most wicked sorcerer in history. As the deadly Culling Game starts, Special Grade sorcerer Yuta Okkotsu is assigned to carry out Yuji’s execution for his perceived crimes.

Where it came from
The Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution -Shibuya Incident x The Culling Game Begins- film emerged from the highly successful adaptation of Gege Akutami’s manga series by Studio MAPPA. Following the intense narrative arcs of the Shibuya Incident and the transition into the Culling Game, this production was designed to bridge the complex tonal shifts of the source material. It represents the studio’s continued commitment to high-octane animation sequences that define the franchise’s visual language.
The creative direction for this installment builds upon the distinct, gritty aesthetic established in previous seasons, focusing on the evolution of Yuji Itadori’s journey. Directed by the team at MAPPA, the project aims to translate the manga's chaotic action panels into fluid, cinematic sequences. Reception has centered on its technical achievement in animation and its fidelity to the dark, survival-oriented themes that have come to characterize the later stages of the Jujutsu Kaisen saga.
