Animals at a zoo hear that a kaijuu is coming. Like a game of "Telephone" they hear bits and pieces of what the kaijuu looks like which gets distorted each time the information is passed on. In the end, it was just a normal zoo animal joining the exhibits.

Where it came from
Kaijuu ga Yattekuru, which translates to The Kaiju Is Coming, is a distinctive musical composition produced by NHK. It is best known as an iconic segment from the long-running children's program Minna no Uta, which has served as a cultural touchstone for generations of Japanese viewers since its inception in 1961. The song was crafted to capture the whimsical and slightly suspenseful fascination with kaiju culture that permeated Japanese media during the mid-20th century.
The production reflects the studio's commitment to high-quality visual storytelling, combining rhythmic songwriting with signature animation styles typical of NHK's mid-century aesthetic. The design and visual direction were focused on balancing the thrill of monster-themed excitement with an approachable, family-friendly tone. Upon its debut, the piece was received as a memorable contribution to the Minna no Uta library, solidifying its place in the historical archive of Japanese television music.
