Music video for jealkb's "makemagic" song. It is done in a paper cutout stop motion animation style focusing on a girl getting transported to a kingdom by a wizard. During a party she's frightened by the sudden marriage proposal by the prince and runs back into the arms of the wizard. The band itself is depicted in the anime in the same style--as photograph cutouts. The MV aired on NHK's E-Tele "Digista Teens" program.
This was also the title song for Gekijouban Yuu Gi Ou: Chou Yuugou! Toki o Koeta Kizuna.

Where it came from
Make Magic is a signature title in the catalog of Phaidon Press, originally conceived as part of their initiative to provide accessible yet sophisticated creative guides for children and amateur enthusiasts. Published in the early 2010s, the book serves as a foundational manual for stage illusions, distillation of classic sleight of hand, and the performance psychology required to engage an audience effectively.
The design of the book emphasizes a clean, modernist aesthetic that departs from the cluttered, kitschy style typically associated with magic instruction manuals. By utilizing minimalist typography and high-contrast instructional photography, the creators aimed to treat magic as a disciplined art form rather than a mere novelty, an approach that was well-received by design critics and educators who lauded the book for its clarity and visual intelligence.
