Sakuramiya Saya and Hinata are sisters, members of the archery club, and also a couple. After their parents remarried, they became sisters, and then had a relationship after that.
Tachikawa of the photography club found out about their relationship and blackmailed them. He starts with the younger one, Hinata. He takes a video of him breaking her hymen as he forces her to have sex with him. Worried about Hinata, Saya goes to the clubroom to check on her, only to be drawn in. They end up both getting raped and cummed on.
And with that starts their days of being played by Tachikawa and raped every single day. His demands eventually escalate, and eventually they are raped by not just Tachikawa but many others...

Where it came from
Sakuramiya Shimai no Netorare Kiroku was produced by Queen Bee and released in 2019 as part of their ongoing catalog of adult-oriented animated works. The studio is well-known within this specific genre for focusing on hyper-stylized erotic narratives that frequently utilize long-form OVA formats to explore themes of betrayal and interpersonal drama. This title follows the studio's established visual identity, characterized by distinct character designs and a focus on melodrama designed for an adult demographic.
The animation style and narrative direction for this project were consistent with the studio's output during the late 2010s, prioritizing atmospheric tension and deliberate pacing. As an independent production, it was primarily distributed through niche digital platforms and physical media aimed at domestic collectors. Like much of Queen Bee's work, it reached its audience through specialized otaku channels, gaining recognition among enthusiasts of the genre for its specific thematic approach rather than mainstream critical appraisal.
