A cabbie got his kicks by blackmailing, raping, and storing women in his "collection" back in his old town. Now he is in a new town with new women. He wants to have sex with them. He picks each girl up many times and follows them around. They do not seem to notice it's the same cabbie until it's to late, until he gets all his sources and starts to blackmail them. In his new town his first fare was Satsuki, a member of the archery club. He goes on from there to get twins, a swimmer, a cheer leader, and more.

Where it came from
Sex Taxi, released in 2002 by the distribution label Media Blasters under their Kitty Media imprint, emerged during a peak period for the localized release of Japanese adult animation in North America. This OVA reflects the era's industry practice of acquiring niche, short-form erotic titles from Japan to cater to the burgeoning home video market, which relied heavily on VHS and DVD sales through specialized distributors who often packaged these works for Western genre enthusiasts.
The production follows the conventions of early 2000s independent animation studios in Japan, characterized by functional character designs and narrative structures prioritizing episodic, adult-oriented scenarios. Like many titles licensed by Media Blasters during this timeframe, it was produced with modest technical resources, aiming primarily to satisfy the demand for explicit content within the broader, often experimental, landscape of straight-to-video anime imports of that decade.
