An average boy named Norio is suddenly getting a lot of unwanted romantic attention. A fall down the stairs into the arms of a handsome stranger sets off the beginnings of an explanation, and it is one Norio never could have possibly imagined. Soon a whole new world opens up for Norio revealing a secret society of special people evolved from animals other than monkeys. Norio turns out to be a particularly rare breed and his DNA is in high demand. Now that he's suddenly the prey, it'll take much effort to survive in this modern jungle.
This story revolves around a high school boy who discovers that he is part of a select group of humans who did not evolve from monkeys, but various animals such as leopards and black bears.

Where it came from
The 2010 Sex Pistols OVA series, produced by Frontier Works, serves as a direct-to-video adaptation of the popular boys' love manga series written and illustrated by Kotetsuko Yamamoto. The project was conceived to translate Yamamoto’s character-driven narrative into an animated medium, focusing on the supernatural elements of the story wherein certain individuals manifest animalistic physical traits. The production aimed to maintain the distinct aesthetic style of the original manga while appealing to the niche but dedicated fanbase that had followed the serialized chapters.
Upon release, the OVA received a polarized but expected reception, primarily circulating among established enthusiasts of the source material. Animation critics noted that the adaptation relied heavily on the existing visual vocabulary of Yamamoto's work, prioritizing the character dynamics and the unique mythological premise over complex animation sequences. By operating as an OVA, the production bypassed mainstream television broadcasting, finding its home in the collector’s market where it remains a recognizable entry within the broader landscape of late 2000s and early 2010s niche anime adaptations.
