Whited Nighttime

Whited Nighttime was produced by Seven Stone Entertainment as an original net animation, serving as a boutique experiment in digital storytelling. Created to explore atmospheric minimalism in the medium, the project emerged during a period of increased interest in independent, short-form animation that prioritized mood and subtle character beats over traditional narrative complexity.

The visual design emphasizes a restrained palette and fluid, unconventional movement, aiming to evoke a sense of nocturnal solitude. Upon its release, it was noted by critics for its distinct aesthetic direction, which distanced itself from mainstream commercial trends of the era, and it has since been regarded as a representative piece of the studio's early commitment to stylized, self-contained artistic works.
