Wo De Pengyou Zhu Dick

Wo De Pengyou Zhu Dick is an animated television series produced by Pass Media that emerged during the mid-2000s expansion of the Chinese independent animation market. The series was designed to explore themes of companionship and daily life through a lens accessible to younger audiences, aiming to establish a distinct character-driven narrative style that differentiated itself from the more traditional studio output of the era.

The character design and visual direction were crafted to emphasize expressive, approachable aesthetics that allowed for versatile storytelling within its episodic format. Upon its release, the series found a steady viewership in regional broadcast markets and became a notable point of reference for students of domestic animation trends, as it represented a shift toward character-focused television programming rather than long-form feature films.
