White-browed Ground-Tyrant

The White-browed Ground-Tyrant, scientifically classified as Muscisaxicola albilora, is a migratory passerine bird native to the high-altitude regions of the Andes. First described in the 19th century, it is part of the tyrant flycatcher family, Tyrannidae. The species evolved to thrive in the harsh, sparse conditions of the puna grasslands and rocky slopes, with its physiological characteristics, such as its pointed wing shape and notched tail, facilitating efficient flight across challenging mountainous terrains.
