Bon Anniversaire Régis

Bon Anniversaire Régis is a tribute compilation released by Publishing Rivieres to honor the French musician and songwriter Régis Wargnier. The album serves as a curated collection of compositions that draw from his influence on the French contemporary music scene, bringing together a variety of artists to interpret works associated with his career. It was produced as a limited release for a specific circle of his collaborators and admirers, reflecting the intimate nature of the label's output during that period.

The design of the CD packaging maintains a minimalist aesthetic consistent with the Publishing Rivieres catalog, focusing on typography and archival imagery to emphasize the legacy of the artist. By stripping away extraneous graphical elements, the designers intended to highlight the musical compositions as the central focus of the project. Upon its release, it was well-received within specialized music circles for its cohesive tribute to Wargnier's contributions to songwriting and film scoring, cementing its status as a sought-after rarity for collectors of French institutional and independent music.
