Where it came from
Igorova Fantazija was released independently in 2012 as a personal project by Macedonian artist Igor Dimovski. Operating outside the structure of traditional commercial record labels, Dimovski utilized this production to showcase his distinct musical perspective, blending contemporary composition with regional influences. The release serves as a documentation of his creative exploration during this period of his career.
The album's design and conceptual framework prioritize an intimate, artisanal approach to music distribution. As a non-label production, the item is valued by collectors for its relative scarcity and its direct connection to the artist's original intent. It remains a representative piece of the independent, self-funded music scene that emerged in the early 2010s, reflecting a shift toward artist-managed creative autonomy.
