Régis Cunin

Régis Cunin is a French musician and independent artist who has primarily operated outside the structure of major record labels. This self-released project reflects a direct-to-listener approach, focusing on intimate compositions that prioritize personal expression over the commercial polish of mainstream production. The work emerged from the niche French independent scene, where artists frequently manage their own distribution to maintain creative control over their musical output.

The design and production of this CD emphasize a minimal aesthetic, often relying on hand-crafted or limited-run packaging common among DIY independent releases. By eschewing institutional backing, Cunin creates a product that functions as a direct bridge between his personal artistic vision and his listeners. The reception of such releases is generally concentrated within specific experimental or ambient music communities that value authenticity and the rarity inherent in self-published formats.
