Choco Puri: Vampire to no Yakusoku #2

Choco Puri: Vampire to no Yakusoku was a shōjo manga series serialized in the Japanese magazine Ciao during the mid-2000s. The series follows a young girl who discovers a vampire connection, blending standard shōjo tropes of romance and school life with light supernatural fantasy elements. As with many titles published under the Ciao imprint, the narrative was aimed primarily at young girls, prioritizing accessible storytelling and themes of adolescent friendship and self-discovery.

The art style of the series adheres to the quintessential Ciao aesthetic of the era, characterized by large, expressive eyes, delicate linework, and whimsical character designs. Like many manga released in tankōbon format during this period, issue number two serves to continue the serialized arcs of the main characters. These volumes were typically produced to capitalize on the popularity of the magazine’s ongoing stories, offering a convenient way for readers to collect the chapters following their initial appearance in the monthly serial.
