Die tollsten Geschichten von Donald Duck – Sonderheft #114

Die tollsten Geschichten von Donald Duck – Sonderheft, often abbreviated as DDSH, is a long-running German comic series published by Ehapa Verlag. Debuting in 1965, the series was created to feature extended, multi-page stories involving Donald Duck and his extended family, often showcasing work from renowned Disney artists like Carl Barks and later, Don Rosa. The publication was designed to cater to a German audience that favored the more narrative-driven, elaborate adventures of the Duck family over the shorter, gag-oriented strips found in other European formats.

Issue #114 is part of this consistent legacy, serving as a monthly staple for German-speaking comic enthusiasts. The design of these issues typically focuses on high-quality printing of classic material, often featuring cover art that highlights a specific theme or primary character from the featured story. Over the decades, the series has received praise for maintaining a high editorial standard, cementing its status as one of the most culturally significant comic publications in German-speaking regions.
