ElfQuest: Blood of Ten Chiefs #11

ElfQuest: Blood of Ten Chiefs #11, released in 1994, is a pivotal installment in the spin-off series based on the long-running independent fantasy comic created by Wendy and Richard Pini. While the core ElfQuest saga chronicles the journey of the Wolfriders, this spin-off series was developed to expand the lore of the World of Two Moons by exploring the history of the various chiefs who led the tribe through different eras, often featuring collaborative storytelling from a rotating roster of writers and artists.

This particular issue was produced during the era when Warp Graphics transitioned the title from its original black-and-white format to full color to align with shifting industry standards. The narrative and visual design reflect the established aesthetic of the Pini universe, focusing on high-fantasy world-building and character-driven stakes. Like other issues in the Blood of Ten Chiefs series, it was generally well-received by the existing fan base for its commitment to maintaining the complex continuity of the expansive ElfQuest mythology.
