Fairy Tail - 100 Years Quest #4

Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest is the official direct sequel to Hiro Mashima's long-running manga series Fairy Tail. This spin-off began serialization in 2018 on the Kodansha app Magazine Pocket, featuring storyboards by Mashima and intricate illustration work by Atsuo Ueda. The fourth volume continues the narrative arc following Natsu Dragneel and his guildmates as they embark on a legendary mission that past wizards have failed to complete for a century.

The design and tone of the series are crafted to maintain the high-energy aesthetic of the original work while exploring new territories and antagonists. Atsuo Ueda was selected to helm the visual direction due to his established ability to capture the specific character dynamics and action-oriented panache that define the franchise. Upon its release, the volume was well-received by fans of the original series who sought a continuation of the core cast's journey, further cementing the expansion of the Fairy Tail universe.
