Justice League Task Force #15

Justice League Task Force #15 was released in August 1994 as part of DC Comics' ongoing series centered on a rotating, mission-based team of heroes. This specific issue is notable for being part of the 'Zero Hour' event, a major company-wide crossover that served to streamline the publisher's complex continuity through a timeline-altering crisis. The story was crafted by writer Christopher Priest, who was known for injecting complex character dynamics and political intrigue into the superhero genre.

The issue features artwork by Sal Velluto, whose clean, classic aesthetic helped anchor the title during a period of shifting editorial directions for the Justice League brand. The design of this installment focused on high-stakes narrative urgency, as the team grappled with the temporal instability brought on by the overarching Zero Hour plot. It remains a representative example of the mid-1990s comic book industry's reliance on event-driven storytelling to drive sales and reorganize shared universes.
