La Zorra y el Cuervo #150

La Zorra y el Cuervo was a prominent Cuban satirical and humor magazine that began publication in the mid-1960s. Serving as a cultural touchstone during the post-revolutionary era, the magazine utilized the archetypal characters of the fox and the crow—derived from classic fables—to provide sharp social commentary and political satire. Issue number 150 represents a point in the publication's long history when it had solidified its role as a primary vehicle for graphic humor and editorial cartooning in Cuba.

The visual identity of the publication was defined by a collective of talented Cuban illustrators and cartoonists who utilized caricature to reflect the realities of daily life. The design philosophy centered on accessibility and wit, often blending slapstick humor with the specific sociopolitical climate of the time. While specific design credits for individual mid-run issues are rarely cataloged in public archives, the series as a whole was widely received as an essential component of the Cuban press, maintaining a loyal readership through its distinct blend of aesthetic accessibility and pointed irony.
