La Zorra y el Cuervo #174

La Zorra y el Cuervo was a beloved Cuban humor magazine that drew its primary inspiration from the Aesop fable of the fox and the crow. Established in the mid-1960s, the publication served as a vital platform for social and political satire, blending traditional comic strips with sharp editorial cartoons that reflected the cultural landscape of the era.

The visual identity of the series was defined by a rotating collective of talented Cuban illustrators who utilized a distinct, minimalist graphic style to convey complex narratives. Over its decades-long run, the magazine became a fixture in the lives of many readers, noted for its ability to navigate subtle cultural commentary through the anthropomorphic antics of its titular characters.
