La Zorra y el Cuervo #213

La Zorra y el Cuervo was a prominent Cuban humor magazine that began publication in the mid-1960s, serving as a vital outlet for satire, social commentary, and caricature. The series frequently explored the everyday life of the Cuban populace through the lens of political and social irony, often utilizing the anthropomorphic characters of the fox and the crow to navigate complex themes within the cultural constraints of the era.

Issue #213 represents the collaborative efforts of the editorial team and the artists who sustained the publication's distinct visual identity, which was characterized by sharp, minimalist line work and bold graphic design. The magazine was well-regarded for its role in developing the careers of many influential Cuban illustrators and cartoonists, and it remains a significant cultural artifact reflecting the evolution of Cuban graphic arts throughout the latter half of the twentieth century.
