Magia Record: Mahō Shōjo Madoka☆Magica Gaiden #13

Magia Record: Mahō Shōjo Madoka☆Magica Gaiden #13 serves as a segment of the manga adaptation based on the popular mobile role-playing game of the same name. Released as part of the series published in Manga Time Kirara Forward, this narrative expands upon the Puella Magi Madoka Magica universe by introducing a new cast of magical girls navigating the mysteries of Kamihama City. The manga adaptation is illustrated by Fuji Fuji, who maintains the distinct aesthetic sensibilities established by the original anime production team, focusing on the dark, psychological themes characteristic of the franchise.

The creative direction for this series aims to translate the interactive game's multifaceted plot lines into a structured, linear manga format. Readers and critics have noted that while the story shifts focus to new protagonists, it retains the atmospheric tension and thematic depth that made the original 2011 series a cultural touchstone. The work is regarded as a significant expansion of the franchise's world-building, catering primarily to fans who appreciate the intricate lore and visual storytelling established by the Magia Quartet.
