Magia Record: Mahō Shōjo Madoka☆Magica Gaiden #11

Magia Record: Mahō Shōjo Madoka☆Magica Gaiden is a manga adaptation based on the mobile role-playing game of the same name, which serves as a spin-off to the celebrated anime series Puella Magi Madoka Magica. The manga was serialized in Manga Time Kirara Forward, with the art handled by Fujifuji. This series expands the narrative universe of the franchise by introducing a new cast of magical girls in the city of Kamihama, exploring darker themes of fate and hidden costs similar to the original source material.

The eleventh issue represents a specific installment in the ongoing serialized chapters of the story. As a piece of media, the manga aims to translate the visual language of the game into a traditional page-turning format while maintaining the distinct, gothic-influenced aesthetic established by the Studio Gekidan Inu Curry team in the original series. It has been well-regarded by fans of the franchise for its ability to flesh out the complex backstories of the Kamihama-based characters.
