Supplément de Zorro #54

Supplément de Zorro was a French comics periodical published by Éditions SEDRAP during the mid-20th century, a period when American adventure characters enjoyed immense popularity in European markets. This series served as an outlet for various serialized comic strips, often blending Western themes with the swashbuckling heroics characteristic of the Zorro mythos. Issues like number 54 were produced during the post-war era, reflecting the era's robust demand for affordable, pulp-style entertainment in small-format booklets.

The design of these supplements followed the aesthetic conventions of European newsstand comics of the time, typically featuring bold, high-contrast cover art meant to catch the eye of young readers. While the interior artwork varied as different artists contributed to the serial format, the overall presentation was defined by functional, utilitarian printing processes. Reception was primarily among the youth demographic, contributing to a lasting legacy of nostalgia for French-language adventure comics from that period.
