C1-10P Chopper

C1-10P, affectionately known as Chopper, was introduced to the Star Wars universe in the animated series Star Wars Rebels. As a cantankerous astromech droid belonging to the Ghost crew, his design reflects the rugged, lived-in aesthetic of the Rebellion era, characterized by his mismatched limbs and distinctive orange-and-white color scheme. This Pop! figure, numbered 654, was released as part of the merchandising rollout for the live-action Ahsoka series, capturing the character’s classic look with the simplified, stylized proportions synonymous with Funko’s design language.

The Funko Pop design process aims to distill a character’s essential traits into a consistent, recognizable form factor. For Chopper, the design team focused on his boxy torso and singular, sensor-heavy head to ensure he remained instantly identifiable despite the trademark minimalism of the line. The release was met with enthusiasm from long-time fans of the Rebels character, who appreciated the character's transition from animation to live-action and the subsequent tribute through this collectible figure.
