Fauno

The Fauno figure, numbered 603 in the Pop! Movies line, was released to coincide with the 2006 dark fantasy film Pan's Labyrinth, directed by Guillermo del Toro. The piece represents the mysterious and unsettling Faun, a pivotal character who guides the protagonist, Ofelia, through a series of trials within a labyrinth. Funko designed this figure to capture the creature's intricate, earthen appearance, translating the elaborate practical effects work of Doug Jones and the film’s makeup team into the recognizable, stylized aesthetic of the Pop! vinyl format.

The design emphasizes the Faun’s distinctive, rugged textures, such as his vine-like horns and mossy coloring, which are central to his connection with the forest and the ancient, crumbling underworld of the narrative. Upon its release, the figure was welcomed by film enthusiasts and collectors of horror-themed memorabilia who appreciated the brand's commitment to representing cult classics and visually striking cinema characters. It remains a notable entry in the broader Pan's Labyrinth collection, valued for its faithful interpretation of the film's gothic atmosphere.
