Haise Sasaki [GITD]

Haise Sasaki is a central character from the manga and anime series Tokyo Ghoul: re, serving as the alter ego of Ken Kaneki. This Pop! figure, numbered 1124 in the Animation line, was released to commemorate the series' transition into the 're' arc, capturing Sasaki in his CCG investigator uniform. The Glow-in-the-Dark (GITD) variant was produced as a specialty store exclusive, intended to highlight the character’s unique quinque-wielding persona and the supernatural elements inherent to the series.

The figure features the distinct aesthetic typical of the Pop! Animation line, utilizing Funko’s signature oversized head and simplified proportions to distill complex anime character designs into a stylized collectible format. It was designed to appeal to both long-time fans of the Tokyo Ghoul franchise and collectors of specialized glow-variant figures. Upon release, it was well-received by the collector community for its specific attention to the character's dual nature and the visual pop provided by the phosphorescent material in low-light conditions.
