Joanna

Joanna, the devious monitor lizard from the 1990 animated film Office Space, was released as part of the Funko Pop! Movies line in 2019. The figure captures the character's signature sneer and her tendency to hoard stolen goods, reflecting the cult status the film attained years after its initial theatrical release. The design draws directly from her appearance in the Initech office scenes, emphasizing her role as the antagonist's accomplice.

This figure was produced during a period when Funko expanded its catalog to include more niche or supporting characters from beloved comedies. The design process focused on translating the 2D animation style into the company's trademark stylized vinyl format, ensuring that her distinct markings and grumpy expression remained recognizable. Upon release, it was primarily sought after by collectors of 90s cinema memorabilia and fans of the movie’s satirical take on corporate culture.
