Where it came from
Nairobi, numbered 916 in the Funko Pop! Television line, represents the character Ágata Jiménez from the internationally acclaimed Spanish heist crime series La Casa de Papel, known in English as Money Heist. The figure was released to capture the show's intense aesthetic, featuring Nairobi in her signature red jumpsuit and holding a stack of cash, reflecting her role as the group's logistics expert and quality control specialist during the Royal Mint of Spain heist.
The design follows the characteristic Funko aesthetic of oversized heads and simplified features, intended to make the complex and often gritty characters of the series accessible to a broad collecting audience. Funko collaborated with the franchise to bring the iconic look of the resistance members to life, and the figure was met with significant enthusiasm from fans who gravitated toward Nairobi's popularity as one of the show's most beloved and resilient figures.
